ADMISSION PROCEDURES

The academy runs open i.e. daily admission.

Otherwise, admission is made twice every year

• Winter - 2nd January
• Summer - 26th June

Unless otherwise stated.

SALES OF ADMISSION FORM

Sales of admission form is on throughout the year.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Prospective candidates may write or come physically to collect admission form prospectus with non refundable payment of FIVE THOUSAND NAIRA (N5,000:00K) only in registered/express letter containing uncrossed postal order or Bank Draft, or come physically with cash payable :
The Accountant, Nigerian Merchant Navy Academy.

INTERVIEW

The Academy may invite prospective candidates for oral/written interview before being offered a provisional admission. Such date(s) of interview shall be determined by the Academy.

ADMISSION INFORMATION

Upon admission, a successful cadet is mandated to pay a sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000:00k) only as acceptance fee. Addition of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000:k) only shall be charged for late registration.

The complete admission record of an application accepted for admission who does not enroll in a Nigerian Merchant Navy Academy course within a period of one (1) year following the date of acceptance stands nullified.

The Academy's rules and regulations guideline of academics, disciplines, etc are available upon admission. However, these laws become applicable, on cadets upon admission into the institute.

The Academy reserves the right to change curricula, academic regulations and procedures without any notice or obligation. She further reserves the right to require a cadet to withdraw for a cause.

The Academy's main residential campus is located at, Sotubo-Orile Ijagba, Ikorodu Road, Sagamu Remo, Ogun State.
